Kristen helped us navigate through a declining market in 2022. It was a tough time as the interest rates were rising and affordability was taking a hit on buyers and sellers like myself

Kris and all the Dyer team are very supportive and eager to help. Great bunch of people. We had a fantastic experience working with Kristen at Dyer Realty! She took the time to understand our needs and wants. She was available whenever we needed to chat with her (including taking our call one time when she was on vacation!). She handled both our sale and purchase of a new house. We were moving to another city, and she drove 2 hours away several days to help us find our dream home. We sold our house within a week, higher than the listing price. We then bought our new home the week after, lower than the listing price. I would recommend her to everyone!
