The whole team, including maintenance, has been absolutely amazing! They have made our moving-in process beyond seamless and stress-free. We LOVE our new place!! Tamara has gone above and beyond answering any question or concerns we have had. She really made the move in process seamless for us which was a great way to start off having our own place!

They also have monthly events tenants can take part in which I find to be such a cool amenity!! The whole building and its surroundings are maintained so well, always looking clean and beautiful!! Thanks again to the whole team!

great place to live in Brantford. Amazing staff. Everyday they put lot of efforts to keep apartments, parking area and surrounding area clean. Amazing working staff specially Tamara and Catherine. Both are talented and make whole process of leasing, agreement, and moving-in so smooth. Variety of activity they introduce every month, weather it is virtual cooking, back to school, pet grooming, annual BBQ, Halloween etc. etc. you name it. Amazing place to live, great ambiance.

Katherine, Tamara and Kevin are absolutely fantastic people! Katherine and Tamara run the office which is responsible for four buildings. They are always pleasant and handle every issue I have had with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Kevin handles all maintenance issues and is also very professional in his job capacity. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in living at a condo like environment. I would also like to mention that these people are keepers as employees of the company that owns this complex and would be very difficult to replace.

Just participated in a fun hour of on line cooking courtesy of sterling square.
All our ingredients were supplied.
It was a delicious meal and although we were promised enough for a meal for 2 , I easily made 4 meals. 3 for the future.

Love the apartment, it's in a great location, clean, price is already at market value. To obtain the apartment was a difficult process as they were having email issues.

Honestly scared to get my rent increase based on other tenants having an increase of up to 12%.

Sterling square is a great place to call a “home”. The apartment is in a great location, lovely view from the balcony, nice and a comfortable one. The grounds and floors are kept clean. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and is less crowded. It is a safe environment close to lovely parks and trails. Last but no means least, the staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile. A special mention to Graeme - Community Director , who is an amicable person. He immediately offered to help me out when I reported an issue at the gym and fixed it.

We have just recently moved in and our experience so far has been great. Tamara assisted us with our rental application and so far everything has exceeded our expectations. The building is very quiet and clean, underground parking is a bonus in our building.

I really like my apt and how clean the halls are kept. I was wondering if air vents could be cleaned on a regular basis. I have allergies and the dust from the vents is noticeable.
It was a nice touch with the Valentines treats at my door. Thank you for that.
