We recently sold our home, and bought our new home, with the help of Rosie Tran-Bennett at the Rego Team.

Rosie as been an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Her patience, knowledge, detail orientation and excellent communication skills are second to none. She has helped us navigate a rather challenging real estate market in our search to find our forever home. It took months, many offers, many more showings and open houses and lots of laughter before we found the one. Rosie was personable, patient yet focussed and resilient meanwhile managing our expectations and keeping us on track. We recently sold our home with Cliff and his team at Rego Realty. Cliff personally introduced us to Patricia Inacio, who worked with us hand-in-hand to help us move forward with the sale. This home was going to be our "forever" home before deciding to move to the US. We took the time, effort, and resources to renovate the home to meet our specific needs, and put our hearts and souls into furnishing and decorating the home to create a space for our family to enjoy, gather and share. This home was very special to us and whoever was going to take on the task of helping us sell the home was asked to be very sensitive to that. We were also asking a lot because we were selling this house remotely, during winter, and with a tight deadline.

Patricia was patient, kind, thorough, caring and very personable when she was working with us. She was also laser-focused, keen and methodical when it came to the sale itself. She went way over and beyond our expectations when she arranged for our driveway/sidewalk/entrance to be shoveled and cleaned. She went the extra mile to help us source a reasonably priced plumber to fix a sink stopper that broke. She then showed up to let the plumber into the home, supervised, and helped to coordinate the payment to them. Upon our request, she helped us coordinate and supervise a locksmith for the house. The list just goes on and on. Even though the sale is "done" she continues to follow up on how we are doing, and to check and see if anything else needs to be done to help with the closing.

As it pertained to the sale, Patricia was able to provide us with accurate comparables to right-price our home. We ended up with four competitive offers at around asking (either slightly below or slightly above) to choose from. She helped us strategize to maximize the value of our sale and communicated to us with honesty and we never felt pressured. In the end, we were very satisfied with the price we accepted and comfortable with the terms that were negotiated. If you are considering who to work with, I would highly recommend working with Patricia.
