Selling a home in today's market isn't fun, with the increased interest rates folks are really taking their time with choosing a home and houses are on the market longer than they used to. That said, Kate and her team were professional and managed to get our house as well as my mother's home sold. It was unfortunate that interest rates increased during the time we initially spoke to her and her team and when we listed, so we didn't get quite what we were expecting.
