Highly recommend! A sales person came to our house and told us exactly what we needed to maximize the security coverage, but without over spending. Price is very reasonable, and the service before and after the install was fantastic. Sawyer was very knowledgeable and professional!

Needed an alarm system that didn’t come with an untenable contract length. Sawyer was great and thought outside the box to help us. He was amazing to deal with. The installation process didn’t go as smoothly as it should have (a faulty panel from the manufacturer - not JM’s fault) and one of techs accidentally cut the house phone line leaving the house line dead for 36 hours (that one could have been avoided). But with that said - I still think JM provides great value and Sawyer is an excellent person to deal with.
