We had been planning our new home construction for many years. Three professional designers had each provided us with their expertise over the years, as well as thousands of dollars of trial and error proposals. I have been involved in the deign/construction business for more than fifty years. When we finally connected with Darren, he was immediately willing to meet and review our situation. We have had many designs and proposals that simple did not work for us, nor did they comply with building restrictions. Within a brief time frame Darren made his initial presentation to us. We studied the entire house plans for 60 seconds, and replied with, "Darren, you nailed it". Let's move forward, and build it. Darren simply "got it"! He not only understood what we wanted, but went way beyond anything we or any other collaborators had even considered. He was brilliant!
In addition, with unrelenting perseverance, Darren represented us in the entire approval process. This was a challenge to get approvals with the City of Burlington that I had never seen or heard of before. Darren has interfaced with our desires and the Builder and other Trades for all the intricate details.
His design is outstanding, and certainly nothing typical! This is our forever home, and we have always felt that Darren is very respectful of what we want. He has guided us with consideration, and his own exceptional eye for detail. We are so very proud of the home he has assisted us with bringing to fruition, and exceedingly proud to recommend Darren to anyone looking for a positive build experience! Kudos, Darren!
