First of all my experience here is to warn people of how their staff is. How they really are. I lived at 147 vanguard for 2 months I am glad I left. My lovely landlord Jill is by far one of the worst human beings that has ever been spat out to live. This woman is extremely manipulative, vindictive, psychotic, miserable, retarded, racist, and any other words you can use to describe a true CUNT. I pay my rent on time ANYWHERE. She forced the tenants to make my life uncomfortable by watching me and writing messages on my car over an argument that my boyfriend and I had. Yes, we were loud and stomping around, but the police were not called. She called almost every day to degrade me and harass me. To guilt trip me into thinking that the tenants were afraid for their lives BECAUSE of an argument. Calling me a cunt for standing up for myself, threatening me because I wouldn't take her shit. Lying to me about what the tenants are saying and what goes on in my house just so she can yell at me plus the tenants are racist here. ONLY repairing the house when I leave and forcing me to paint when I leave. Yelling at me to paint when I had to move and insulting me because I told her I have priorities. She never answers her phone for repairs. The repairmen told me how shitty she is how she doesn't pay them. I have recorded calls of her and how she talks to me and how she talks to her daughter. This woman is honestly disgusting. Any building she runs avoid at all cost seriously for your sanity and mental health. The ONLY nice person who works with Matna is Paul. And if you're reading this I'm sorry about messing up your reference but I know you know that your friend Jill is a Literal CUNT. Honestly stay AWAY from any building that Jill runs. I feel really bad for her daughter to have to deal with her. Also, the main office lady ( i forgot your name ) fix your phone when you leave voice mails I couldn't hear anything you were saying. And Diana stop being so two-faced/stop trying to overpower young people when they try to be nice and speak to you like a human.

The worst experience I've ever had renting. Jill, as mentioned, is an absolute lunatic, not worried about dishing out threats. If you're thinking about moving in to one of their buildings, be prepared to have the staff enter your apartment without notice, and fail to assist you in any way imaginable, and for your rent to increase every single chance. Sincerely hope this place gets shut down!

Was told I had to provide my SIN card for the credit check, I offered references, and banking instead. Was told "if you aren't providing your SIN we're done here." Thats literally ILLEGAL by Canadian Law.

They are overdue for an unstoppable force to break them legally, As I investigate many of their buildings Myself with team and many other people recognizing the issue. karma sometimes needs a push to break such powerful negativity.
