I didn't even need to search any agencies like bank, inspector and notary etc..And all agencies he recommended are all so responsible until the last seconds and tried hard to make better result with my situation.

When I got in trouble because of an irresponsible notary which seller recommended, he directly found another notary who can finish in 1 week while other notaries say they need 3weeks. And the notary he recommended finished his work on time perfectly. I can't be more thankful.
