My husband and I love living in Liveo! People are friendly, and the apartment is great. The amenities are awesome. We first dealt with Erin before her maternity leave. She was super friendly and helpful getting us all set up. David had big shoes to fill, but has been absolutely amazing!! The building is so well taken care of. Elias and his team are all so hard working and always helpful. We are grateful to be here!

On July the 19th the residents were given a wonderful summer celebration with a food truck with lots of food selections and it was delicious. It was so well organized by David Polynice and everyone enjoyed themselves so much. So well appreciated. They couldn't have picked a better day, the weather just added to the enjoyment. David, building manager, when we needed help about the dishwasher, got everything done for us in a short time. He was there when plumber came in to do the work. He didn’t wait to get this done. He followed through immediately. Thank you David

We met with Sarah for a visit...let me tell you...I have never met an agent as condescending as her. It begs the question, does upper management give directions on who they want or dont want renting the place? I digress - all in all, I would not recommend renting from this company. We decided to go with the competition instead as their service was pristine.
