We were introduced to Ryan and TrueCraft via a recommendation when we recently relocated to Niagara. Ryan visited the home and we discussed our renovation vision for a home office. Ryan was incredible going into detail of possible outcomes he may find upon demolition so his quote was broken down a’ la carte to factor what may be found.

Ryan and Jessie did an incredible job on that project and ended up doing a few more while on site that we discovered and we now have him booked for two more.

It's a sketchy world with a lot of sketchy contractors BUT Ryan Davies and TrueCraft is not one of them ! Ryan was recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent Gloria for some work we wanted done in a home we just purchased. It has been a first class experience from the day we met for the scope review and all the way through the projects. Ryan only does things one way.... the RIGHT way.... he will spend the time to educate you on the various approaches and will tell you clearly why something may or may not be the right way to do it. He is not upselling at all. What he says makes sense and is correct. If you want someone to come in and do sub par repairs for cheap, don't waste his time. If you want a RELIABLE, knowledgeable and experience contractor that provides detailed and transparent estimates and billing, EXCELLENT quality work and a no BS approach to things, TrueCraft and Ryan deserve a look. We will use him for everything we plan on doing in the home going forward. A real gem in a world of 'SO SO' contractors.

TruCraft is a amazing company and I am very satisfied with the final outcome in the pictures below. The customer service given just added to the great outcome, polite and never hesitated to take time to discuss a question I had and made sure concerns were never a issue while moving forward. The price I had set was meet precisely and project was accomplished ahead of schedule. I also greatly appreciated the assurance that at the end of each day the house was just as clean as when they left the day before and at the end of the project all was cleaner then what I left had for him to start with! I recommend his business with great quality and any projects In the future I will be gettibg quotes again 😀
