We are so incredibly happy and satisfied with our new build property, and we owe a huge thank you to the entire Empire team. Mike, our PDI inspector, and Manuel, the on-site supervisor, were absolutely fantastic. During our preliminary inspections and throughout the PDI, they were both so patient and knowledgeable, explaining every detail and walking us through the house and its structure. Their expertise and professionalism made us feel completely at ease.

However, we are now facing a significant issue that we've found surprisingly difficult to resolve: getting our fridge upstairs. We initially purchased a large Frigidaire (36 in, 25.6 cu ft.), but the tight stairwell space made it impossible to carry it up. We even downsized to a smaller 33-inch, 22.3 cu ft. Frigidaire and removed the doors, but it still wouldn't fit.

Has anyone else in an Empire new build experienced this problem with large appliances and tight stairways? How did you manage to resolve it? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Today I met Matt who was so friendly and helpful. He explained some different things to me in our home and I feel much more knowledgeable. Deanna in the Empire office has always been respectful of our home and of my time. She is always ready to assist! I am very grateful!

Was going to keep my mouth shut but this is getting ridiculous.
Already had to buy a brand new 500$ Perrelli tire, lady next door had to buy a new one as well.
Is the framing crew building walls in the middle of the street? What the heck is going on!
Just found 5 nails in the middle of the street while I was driving, I guess im working for you guys now as a labourer?!
Also cannot even park In the drive way, been like that for a month.
The curb for the driveway is ready to rip your bumper off, not accessible for cars. Just trucks and SUVs.
Would like a $500 reimbursement having to deal with this and my tire, as another one will probably get a nail soon anyway.
Stick to Kennmore homes, Mountainview and Rinaldi Homes.
Very unprofessional and unorganized.
They just throw as many houses as they can together with foreigner tradesmen who have the lowest bid.
