Amazing venue! We went there with some friend who were interested in renting the venue, and it is amazing. The farm is beautiful, but the view it has is even better. From the farm you are able to see a lake, the mountains, the woods, the farm land, it's just beautiful. It also ha
s different spots for ceremonies. There's also a space for the bar, a pizza oven, and a barbecue place. It has very cute details all over, even in the washroom.

Birds Eye Cove is one of my favourite venues for photographing weddings. It has everything all in one place and has a beautiful rustic charm! The barn has the most gorgeous light in the evening and there are multiple options for ceremony spots. Can't wait to work with the crew there again!

We got married at Birds Eye Cove on June 8 2024 and it was genuinely the best day ever! The farm is absolutely stunning to look at but is also a well oiled machine when it comes to weddings - the perfect combination of outdoorsy and scenic while also being polished and beautiful. Sara was incredibly helpful and kind and we felt at ease during every step of the planning with Tammy from Blue Lily and Mensch Catering. The wedding suite in the loft is very comfortable and convenient and provides beautiful light for bridal party pictures. Everyone was also very helpful in guiding our photographer on the best spots for photos. This venue is worth every penny (actually a bargain in my opinion for what you get) and I almost wish I could get married again just to throw another amazing party here.

We recently had our wedding at Birds Eye Cove Farm, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how magical and perfect it was. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was the place and somehow, it still managed to exceed every one of our expectations.

The setting is breathtaking a stunning mix of rustic charm, coastal beauty, and serene farmland. Every inch of the venue feels intentional and cared for. Our guests are still raving about the views, the peaceful atmosphere, and how it felt like something out of a storybook.

All the staff and Sara in particular were amazing in providing that atmosphere.

We left Birds Eye Cove Farm not just married, but overwhelmed with gratitude. It was more than just a venue and we will cherish our memories there forever. If you're looking for a wedding venue that’s as soul-stirring as it is professional and well-run, this is it.

If you want to have a event in a area that is stunning (ocean, rock cliffs, rolling fields) beautiful building, amazing staff. Then you will want to book this venue. The family run business will do there best to make your event all that it can be. I know because I have been working along side them for 3 years with Blue Lily Event Planning. It is rustic, welcoming, perfect island wedding with a touch of farm life with highland cattle grazing in the back ground.

Popped into this lovely farm after my hike at Stoney Hill Park nearby.

Sign on the road said there was a farm shop, so pulled in. Was delighted to find (as the photos show) the farm shop is a tiny little carriage with a freezer and fridge. Purchase is by honour system with a money box.

The freezer had a bunch of homemade lasagnas and other pre cooked meals, as well as vaccum-packed meat. I purchased a pack of pork (Berkshire) shoulder streaks for $10. All meat was very well priced and they were phenomenal.

Also bought a dozen eggs and the yokes are a beautiful rich orangey-yellow.

An amazingly beautiful venue. A beautiful Gem which made staying in Duncan worthwile. Duncan in general wouldnt be great but this spot is amazing

I got married in May at Bird's Eye Cove Farm and it was magical!! The venue and grounds are beautiful. It was the architecture in the barn that first attracted me, but the backdrop is also stunning. It has gorgeous hillsides, the ocean, and fresh green grass. The venue owner Sara was great to work with. She was very helpful on our wedding weekend, showing us around the venue, and making us feel at home. The bartenders were also lovely! It is important to have a good atmosphere on your wedding day, and the bartenders lovely made it fun and positive. I would definitely recommend Bird's Eye Cove Farm for a wedding.
