For several years, I hesitated to renovate my kitchen because it was so difficult to find someone to give me a reasonable quote for good quality work and also answer my questions. Keenlyside Construction, Walter and his team answered my questions, gave me a reasonable quote, and scheduled my renovation in a timely manner. The quality of work as well as the materials were excellent, Walter and his team were very accomodating and patient, and my kitchen is now beautiful and functional. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, expertise, and dedication to the final result.

Walter has worked for me on a number of projects, both large and small. We started working with him many years back when he was part of another company. Since then, we have kept in touch and I've followed his work with interest. Residential projects Walter has worked on for me included a custom greenhouse on a concrete pad, a custom glass deck awning, and a small second floor room addition (a mock wine cellar). He also worked on a large commercial project that involved converting a 1970s era store front into a unique cafe.

What I respect most about Walter is that he treats the job site the way he would treat his own home. He and his team are clean, conscientious, and pleasant to have around. In the residential projects, we had the team in our house every day for a few weeks, and we were actually sad to see them go when it was done!

In the commercial project, we were impressed with his work ethic and quality. Time was of the essence and we felt that the work was completed in a very timely manner with the utmost in care and attention. He is a natural leader and works well as part of a team of trades. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Walter and Keenleyside Construction. We have always been happy with Walter's work.
