We were having a problem with leakage from our cistern into our basement. After getting the cistern repaired, we called Neale at Elemental Restoration to look after the mold problem and restore the walls.We also had water seepage in the cold cellar. From the first call to the completion of the jobs, Neale was professional, extremely informative, and on time to have the jobs completed. Neale's assistant Dave was also courteous and polite. You can see the before and after difference from our photos. I highly recommend Elemental Restoration for their excellent service.

Very responsive! I had concerns about mold because my son has some health issues. Neal was very responsive and came out very soon after our initial call. I was worried that I may have to tear my house down to the studs but Neal reassured me that everything they found was very manageable. We did do a couple of level 1 remediations as well as testing. Neal took the time to explain everything and how to keep air quality at it's best in our home. He checked out the venting of our cold cellar and found that it was closed off. All in all some very easy fixes and no scare tactics. Very honest and reassuring. The guys were careful and polite. I would use them again and recommend to anyone that has a potential mold issue.

We phoned Neal due to an issue in our attic. We're newer home owners so didn't know the extent of the issue we were dealing with. From the first phone call Neal asked many questions and provided immediate resolve. He came out quickly, inspected a hard to acess area and told us it's something we can manage ourselves.. SERIOUSLY, a business that was honest and not just out for a quick $ !! He gave us instructions on how to remedy the issue and plenty of tips to keep things well going forward. Excellent service from Neal and his team. Neal was able to be at my house within an hour of calling, and gave me a run down on all of the issues that were causing my mold, and how his team would remediate it.
