Well where do I begin… our home when we first moved in had plumbing issues which resulted in the basement flooding… Then now we also have issues with the basement window leaking all through the insulation. Told us they would be here one day and didn't show up. Showed up the next week and they spent 2 mins there ripped the insulation up and left it on the ground its been a month still nobody has came we where told a week… now also noticed all these cracks and poorly done dry walling. A gaping hole above our shower… Grass and drive way still are not done its been a while now… we are renting this or we would definitely be taking legal action because this home is horrible for the prices and head aches its caused us…

Do not buy House from them , they make us to close the house in August without any faucet in the house non of washroom and kitchen was usable we did the house inspection electronic was wrong, pluming in the attic wasn't installed, most of the windows are not closing properly and a few of them are not even opening , in the basement we had mold for brand new house unbelievable and we paid for some other upgrade and never done now after 3 months every other day some body is coming and taking the pictures of what needs to be done and what missing then technician schedule for next day then they don't show up this is unavailable everyone this day's are so busy and hard to arrange it to be home very unprofessional company, no body's have information about the people working in this houses now after all this frustration we are going to take a legal action I hope we can get some results overall bad quality,bad service,I usually don't write reviews but this is company pushing our limit

It's one of the worst builders I have ever seen in Canada . I am not sure about others, but this is what I have experienced in past few months' services. It's very visible in poor quality of construction, including carpentry, drywall installation, mudding, and taping. It's all like a feeling of mo key storage mostly seen in Townhouse in Poole street Brantford community. If you contact their office, surely you will receive poor customer service experience. You might get a response from them, but they won't do anything on time.

If you are planning to buy this builders house do ensure that everything is accurate and acceptable before signing in.

We bought our first house through liv community in brantford , they are very professional people, I must say they do deliver what they promised off, however time can be vary due to big company has lots of construction going on around , but after all you will get what you were promised to and that matters .

This is my husband and I's first new build and we couldn't love our house more! We may not have gotten to choose anything in the house, but everything looks perfect. Rick made our house sparkling clean before we moved in and he's been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any issues or concerns were dealt in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

Living in a construction zone is not always fun, but all of LIV's employees are friendly, careful and considerate. (When we didn't have sidewalks and took our 2 year old and infant for walks on the streets, they moved out of OUR way or stopped until we walked safely by and always did it with a smile. Even when our 2 year old took his time because he wanted to see all the construction vehicles.)

Wally and John are also amazing and came to help us any time we needed them to and were always smiling when they attended to our needs.

Overall, SUPER happy with everything, from our gorgeous house to the employees. Would definitely recommend building a home with LIV.

This review is long overdue, Matt Sebanc and the shift supervisor helped us a lot on our move in day. We were fortunate enough to run into Matt on his way home to get the keys to our house after hours for our closing day. Matt stopped his vehicle, called his boss and got permission to hand us over the house keys. If he wasn't so kind and understanding, my family would've been stranded without a place to move in last minute over the weekend. We are more than grateful for that day ! Also very happy with the service Liv Communities in Brantford provided. We had some issues during our 30 day warranty inspection, and everything was completed on time and rapid responses from the LIV team. We are super happy with the purchase of our home and grateful for the amazing service Liv Homes Provide.

Homes are well built but the subdivision they build in are so congested. I live in the subdivision off of Elgin and its a congested nightmare. Only single parking for the townhomes and they cram you in that there is not even enough street parking. Not to mention the streets are so narrow. And don’t even get me going on the backyards or lack of. So if you want to live on top of each other then Liv is your community. 7 more months I'm out of here.
