Trevor Caljouw organized the trades and gave me a very comprehensive estimate and schedule for my renovations. The estimate took some time and I came to understand Trevor’s work would be thorough and true and not rushed. His price was comparable to other estimates I’d received.

As the estimate was being put together, we were introduced to all the trades people who would be working in our home.

Our project started on time and proceeded as planned. The trades people he had chosen were excellent in their fields. Trevor reviewed their work as it proceeded and made some corrections to maintain a high quality of work.

Trevor always kept us abreast of progress and always took time for any of our concerns.

There was one incident that was particularly inspiring. One of the trades people ran into personal difficulties which risked work delay. Trevor was open with us and asked if we’d like to replace this person. But Trevor’s honesty and compassion inspired us to respond in kind to this individual (who thanked us for a second chance.) All worked out well.

Trevor Caljouw was recommended to us. I have recommended Caljouw Contracting already and would do so without hesitation again.
