We had Tyler and his highly skilled crew install new patio doors. The work required structural changes, framing, drywalling, etc. We're very happy with the finished work. The entire team was professional and their focus on detail and quality work was impressive. The work was done on time and under budget. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use Suncoast again.

Tyler and his team were excellent. Fair pricing (compared to other contractors locally and in Lower Mainland) and excellent with communications regarding progress on what turned out to be a pretty extensive home project (a near-complete restoration of an old home) over the course of a few months, on the Sunshine Coast. Really hard working team displaying high quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We will likely use them again for other projects. Important to note that their team also does work in the Lower Mainland.

We bought a house on the Sunshine Coast back in 2017, and it required considerable renovations; but this was known to us going in to the purchase. What was clearly unknown to me at the time was just how underwhelming my experiences with quite a few contractors and and construction crews was going to be up the Coast, over the years!!

However, hiring Suncoast Construction this Summer to do some relatively minor finishing jobs and a deck overhaul has left me simply stunned. Their attention to detail, love for their craft, high levels of expertise, and just overall professionalism rivals even my own.
They are very reasonable in what they charge, and they finished each job on time, precisely when they said they would!!

You know you've got the right people on the job when even the most minor, near invisible issue in the work (which was brought to my attention at the time, and I was perfectly okay with) was unacceptable to Tyler when he saw it later and he was perfectly ready and keen to have his team rip it out and redo it to his standards of perfection, at no additional charge!

My biggest regret is not having hired Tyler and his crew from the start!!
