I am so happy with my new bathroom that Tyrell, with Next Era, created from ground up. The quoting process went well and the project stuck within the budget. It took a bit longer then anticipates, but communication was good, keeping me informed on where things were ar. All of the tradesmen were very efficient, friendly, and gave high quality work. The end result was above my expectations. I will absolutely use Next Era for my next home renovation.

What an amazing experience we've had working with Tyrell and his crew. He took on the task of renovating our 1950's beach cabin into a modern HGTV custom home. Vaulted ceiling, oversized windows, custom kitchen, floor to ceiling fireplace......quality and communication. More photos to come when the project is complete.

Tyrell and his crew did a kitchen renovation for us from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with their work! He took care of the entire process - vetting plans, getting permits, scheduling the work and various contractors/trades to come, and the final clean-up - all for very reasonable prices. If you are doing any work on your home, then Tyrell and Next Era Contracting should be your first port of call!

We gave Tyrell a photo of a wood shed we liked and asked if he could build something similar. Not only did he replicate the picture, he ensured that the shed made the best use of the space available. The shed is solid, holds an amazing amount of wood, and the metal roof matches our current home. We highly recommend Tyrell and plan on hiring him for future projects.

Next Era Contracting is a contractor that provides quality workmanship and does multiple trade disciplines. They are easy to work with and come with good solutions to complicated construction items. They are a fantastic trade to work with on building custom homes, renovations and carriage homes and are always putting in the extra effort to make sure the work is completed to a high standard.
