We had a really great experience from the very beginning! Laura and Vilma were both very accommodating with all our questions. They were very responsive and made the entire booking process for a viewing quick and easy, as long as there was availability.

The unit viewing was well-organized and smooth — everything was prepared, and they guided us properly through the process. As for the unit itself, it was absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, clean, and in excellent condition. You can really tell that a lot of care was put into making sure the unit was move-in ready.

Another huge plus is the maintenance team. Any issues or concerns are addressed right away. They respond quickly and professionally, which gives us peace of mind as tenants.

Parking for visitors is also available, so that's one less thing to worry about when we have guests over. The location is also very convenient, close to essential shops, transportation, and it feels like a safe and peaceful community.

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience — from the helpful team to the quality of the unit itself. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Moved here from a different province, and the stories I’ve heard about the neighbourhoods here in Toronto got me second guessing about the move, not until I visited this place. It had an inviting and comfortable ambiance making it feel homey and safe. The place is clean and well maintained. The subway is nearby and easily accessible by walking as well as the grocery store which is located within the Bayview Village. There are also nearby parks.

As a first time renter, it gets a bit overwhelming having zero knowledge of how things work. With the help of Vilma, Bayview Mews’ assistant community manager, she guided me on a lot of things such as, helping me with my application to Bayview Mews, patiently answering my questions on the leasing and the details of the unit. Mind you, this was all done remotely. When done through phone, it may get frustrating, getting bombarded with calls and emails, but with Vilma, she was nice and patient all throughout the process and even after.

Overall, I highly recommend this place especially for families and first time renters. The property management team, as well as the maintenance team are not only friendly but also highly skilled, the location is remarkable and the unit itself is stunning. Looking forward on my wondrous stay at Bayview Mews.

I am so lucky to have been living her over the past 4 years. What a beautiful location, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The location is conveniently right in front on Bayview Village Shopping Centre where you get access to all of your basic needs from doctors, dentists, groceries, pharmacies you name it. Bayview Village TTC station is also a 3 minute walk.

What I love most are the units. My two bedroom is huge. The master has a walk in closet and the room itself is large. The second bedroom is a great size also. The staff here are phenomenal and from maintenance to management. Very luck to have found this spot!

We’ve been here for more than 2 years now.
And plan of staying long term. It’s very convenient as it’s just near the subway station and just in front of Loblaws. It is a safe and peaceful community.

Whenever there’s an issue, the community office headed by Laura and Vilma are there to assist. They provide reasonable expectations. Special thanks to Vilma for being ready to assist all the time.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My family and I lived in the same unit for 19 years and this proves why we love it here! Convinient as the groceries & shopping mall is a foot step away, friendly neighbours, subway station nearby, and easy access to local public schools. I don't think our family will move out anytime soon!

Great location, neighbourhood is very calm, units are spacious, down side is the area is somewhat costly, and units does not have air conditioning.
