I would like to share my first and second experience working with Aj Paima. I found him 10 years ago when I was looking for a rent to own home in Brampton. I called the office and I was introduced to Aj, the next day we came to the office and met up with him. He was so knowledgeable and amazing. He explained to us the differences between renting a home Vs owning one, right away my husband decided to go for buying our first home. Fast forward 10 years after I contacted Aj once again because we wanted to sell our home and move to Edmonton.
