Picked up my boat after paying for winterizing and storage over winter. Trailer was damaged when I picked it up and they refused to take responsibility. I know it wasn’t like that when I left it there! Will never do business there again and recommend you look elsewhere.

*** BASED ON YOUR REPLY: Will you use the alignment tool you have to just align the gimbal bearing we have installed if we bring our boat over on Monday (August 25)? We are happy to pay for your time. We are only here for rest of the week and would like to use our boat while we have holidays. We called to ask if they could help with a repair so we could enjoy our boat for the only 2 weeks we are on the island...
Basically we were told if we weren't going to leave the boat and let them do the whole repair whenever they could get to it they weren't interested in helping or even offering any advice. (We just needed them to use a tool to remove our gimbal bearing and replace it.) Another marina we called would have been happy to do it for us but they don't have what is needed for our brand of sterndrive.

Chris, Craig and the other friendly staff at Harbor Vue are the best! The rocks of McGregor damaged our prop. Chris ran our prop down to Buckhorn at 3:30 am and returned with a shiny reconditioned prop. We were on our way again in a few days. I thought it would cost more. Given water levels, I’m guessing Harbor Vue will be very busy this boating season. You can count on Harbor Vue to take good care of you and your boat.

If I could give 0 stars I would I have never seen a company so lackluster it’s like they don’t want to even try to help customers. Recommend anywhere other than here.
And no I don’t have an account because of the ignorant man on the phone who didn’t want to help me. I had heard bad things from numerous locals but wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt I shouldn’t have wasted my time trailside sports in Espanola took care of me without an issue.

Was staying up in the area for fishing and one day our motor just up and died. Brought it to Harbour Vue, they said they were behind and didn't know if we could get in. They found the part we needed and said we could bring it by, we were in and out in 45 minutes and got our motor running again. They saved our fishing trip and wasn't costly at all. Would definitely recommend them

I used their online form, sent an email and spoke to them on the phone and in person when dropping off my boat. They still did not do what I asked, left the boat a mess and expect me to pay full price for work I didnt want. Terrible service.

It was a typical early morning departure from Little Current last Monday morning. Two sailboats waiting for the historic swing bridge to open allowing us to head out to Baie Fin, one of many pristine locations in the North Channel. One hour into our journey a split high pressure fuel line created a dangerous shower of diesel in our engine room. It was decided that our companions would move on as we would seek assistance from HARBOR Vue Marine. Thank god we did. HARBOR Vue, upon our fist call to them, assured that a tow boat would be arriving by 1:30 and that is exactly what time the boat showed up with Rick and Josh who wasted no time in securing our vessel to theirs. Having been towed into their facilities their mechanic, Darryl was on our boat immediately searching out the fuel line. Luckily, while here Darryl, also found another possible catastrophic issue with our drive shaft. Trying to locate a part for a 1985 Perkins 4.108 is not an easy task. The staff though were on it, combing through every contact they had in both marine applications and agriculture until finally one was located at a farm dealer in London, On. While we were waiting for the part, Jill Ferguson, who runs HARBOR Vue and whose family owned the facility years ago couldn’t have been more accommodating. Always updating us on the search and making sure that we were comfortable with our predicament. It is a terrible thing to be stranded while cruising, thank god for people like Jill Ferguson and her staff at Harbor Vue for easing our stress.

Excellent service, 3 problems, stopped in no notice, mechanic checked problems, ordered parts, returned 2 days later when parts arrived and they were installed right away. I highly recommend this marina and their staff!
