Where do I start? If you truly value professionalism, people that actually have some humanity and care about the job they claim to do? I suggest you stay away from this company. Leasing a shop from them and its either been their workers being caught red-handed trying to remove my new microwave because they claim they didn't tell them the place was leased to them changing my locks without informing me or giving me the keys till i arrive with contractor and find it locked or is it the fact that they were supposed to have Landlord's work completed in August and its now March, they never did but collected rent every month. When I bring this to their attention they tell me they don't know if it's their job and they'll go read my lease (how do you not review leases of your clients?) when they find out it's their job they tell me they didn't complete the work because they didn't know if the city would turn down my permit and the revenue they generate from me is not alot and they don't want a loss. So why lease it and give a fixturing period if you never had the intention of completing landlord's work? I cant go ahead with my projects as i have no power for my hood and they tried to make it my fault or act like they did nothing wrong, No accountability whatsoever. I just want them to finish my job and NEVER have to deal with them till my lease ends. Find a better company for your real estate needs.

Would give -5 stars if I could. Once you bought the unit, there would be nowhere for you to find them... Endless/enormous development charges, undisclosed parking/locker management fees, I even still haven't got access to the locker I bought after the final closing!!! The best part is no one would answer when I would be able to get the locker I have paid for! Not mentioning long delay closing... Buyer beware!!!

Terrible terrible. Terrible. Received the keys today to a dirty, disgusting apartment. Walls have holes. Furniture is falling apart. The mattress is ripped and dirty. Wish I could give it zero stars.
There is no one to talk to. Emails not answered. Living conditions are unacceptable.

I am one of the owner of the unit. The unit has been leaking for 2 years before get repaired. I also have air-conditioner issue with it not resolved more than 2 years.

I bought condo 2 years back bedroom windows comes off and customer service no response I just asked give phone of manufacturer so I order from same they are not cooperateing

Do not buy from this developer unless you want your clients to pay rediculous high amount of occupancy fee along with all sorts of development, pdi, tarion warranty fees and much more.
