Casey and Connor are a top notch deck construction and repair team, who are highly efficient and skilled in their work, as well as being super friendly and respectful. While they were building my neighbour's new deck (a beautiful job, by the way) I asked them if they wouldn't mind, when they had a moment, to come over to my house and replace a badly rotted cedar plank in my own deck. They said no problem and did the repair job in short order, and at very low cost. I will definitely use The Model Deck Company again, when the other planks in my deck need replacement.

We hired the model deck company to build our deck/patio, stairs, privacy screen and the addition to the fence. The result is stunning. It is much better than we expected. Casey and Connor are true craftsman with excellent work ethics and professionalism.. The Model Deck Company puts your vision and ideas into a 3D model , it helps to see the final result. This is very unique compare to the other deck builders. If you are planning to build your deck professionally with reasonable price and looking for a deck company, call them because I can guarantee you they will be fully booked. Hire these guys. Absolutely superb. We recently needed an aluminum deck built to replace our wooden deck after 20 years. The brand we chose had specific installation procedures. We had the materials and just needed the build. Casey agreed to take on this project and put the time in to study the procedures to be sure that they would fulfill the brand's warranty requirements. It is difficult to extend to Casey and his crew how appreciative we were with them taking on this job, and completing it so quickly before the winter months. We do have a bit of finishing work to complete in the spring due to the winter rolling in, but this does not take away from the dedication and professional manner in which they worked day after day. They go above and beyond, are extremely patient, and work hard from sunrise to sunset to finish the job on time. They care about the quality of their work. It's hard to find a company like this to work with. They also have great subcontractors that they work with. Very professional outfit. I know ours was a tricky project given the materials, as they are not very common or familiar. We were blessed to find this company as we were in a bit of a bind in getting this job completed. Excellent work. Hire them.
