I hired Pro Seal to complete work on my commercial building parking lot. Due to my tenants grand opening, there wasn’t much time to complete the walk way in front of the building.

I hired pro seal with very a thin timeline. They started the next day by tearing out the old concrete walk way and installing the new walkway within the week.

I am truly grateful as my tenant was able to open with our any delays.

Employee / owner Hasson Al-Dulaimi message me spewing insults unprovoked, I have never messaged this guy. Terrible attitude. In a time like this where mental health issues are at an all time high maybe you guys need people that are a bit more empathic and are decent ppl in general. DISGUSTED!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Did our laneway after a 3 week delay, multiple times just never showing up when they said they would. When they finally did, it cost over 15K. When water was noticeably pooling in multiple areas, I called them directly to address the issue. After multiple tries to get them on the phone - they said it would be fixed. Never returned. NOW - the number to call is not in service. These guys are jokes.

The original job was never properly graded or leveled at all. Now everytime it rains, my warehouse floods. Thanks Proseal. You’ll be hearing from my Lawyer. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor.

Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the owner of this company again saying he would come back and fix what was wrong. Well, he never did and I have never heard from him again. My warehouse is flooding again today as a result. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Driving home today, watched a black truck with this logo break at least 3 major traffic laws including speeding...

Not wanting to wait in the right turning lane, so he drove around the traffic light median and passing all those cars patiently waiting and then turned right out of turn, in the straight lane and cut them all off.

Then not wanting to wait at a red light any more he turned LEFT onto Prince of Whales Drive from Strandherd Drive on the red, cutting off the cars with the green going the opposite way.

As a person who was currently looking to pave my 120 foot driveway, I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY WHOSE EMPLOYEES BREAK THE LAW!

A black truck with this company’s logo was driving dangerously down Woodroffe then Carling today. Made a right turn from the far left lane. Weaving in and out of lanes. Very reckless and dangerous driving.

The Pro Seal team did a great job at a reasonable price. It was a relatively small job, a new ramp in front of the garage door. It was done very well. Interaction with the office staff was also positive. I would recommend Pro Seal Asphalt.
