This is the place to come for your Stihl stuff. Thanks Paul for pointing out that Stihl weed wacker wire needs to be soaked. And your tip on using the dog water works great! I haven't got any feedback from the dog yet.

Had an amazing experience here I was able to get my saw rushed through lines so I could go on a work trip to Grand Forks the next day the service was done at impeccable speeds and at a fraction of the cost that any other shop would have quoted will always drive from salmon arm for improved service and the most friendly staff ever would recommend the to any and all without reserve

I gave two stars because most of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, there's one guy (the manager or owner) who made it an easy decision to rent elsewhere. They rented me a trencher with no reverse on it that jambs up with any rock bigger than a quarter. I've used many trenchers and they all jamb but then you just reverse the rock out and move on. I drove 30 minutes into town to pick up the machine, 30 minutes back to the jobsite, found out that it doesn't work in dirt, called them, had to drive back to return it, and then back again. After over 2 hours of my time and 140km of gas and mileage on my truck, the guy (Paul?) still had the nerve to be charge me for the rental and be rude about it. I rent a lot of equipment and have never been treated like that. I'll be checking out NorVal, seems like they have a better reputation anyways.

Friendly owners and staff that will take time to track down the right parts for you even if it's only for a few $. Very happy with my new chainsaw purchase as well. I drive out of my way to shop here.

What a wonderful place to go, we rented a schampooer and it had a leak what they weren't aware off..they didn't charge us anything for using it even though we were able to clean all our carpets.. definitely will go back to this place!
