Johnny, our agent who sold us our home three months ago stopped in to see what we had done with it. He even brought us some goodies. He didn't rush and enjoyed spending time with us seeing both the inside and outside of our house. He took time to look at our family pictures, which made the visit special. There was an issue that came up with the property and instead of leaving it for us to handle on our own, he plans to get in touch with the sellers before we go with the other route. The good thing is Johnny did not just want a quick sale because he fought for a clause in our contract which will possibly help in our favor. This agent I will say, is the best in the world. Even with the issue that came up, we are 100% happy with the property. Johnny doesn't just sell and run. As you can see after three months he's here to check in.
