Extremely disappointed with how the Easton’s Group of Hotels handled a serious situation. My car was stolen right in front of one of their properties, and despite raising the issue, I received no meaningful response or follow-up from management.

What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. As a guest, I expected at least a basic level of concern, communication, or support — but instead, I was met with silence. It’s incredibly upsetting to be treated this way after such a distressing incident.

This experience speaks volumes about how they value (or don’t value) their customers. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of staying at a hotel under the Easton’s Group. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help.

Greedy bunch of scammers. Easton group is owned by Gupta group who just cancelled Icona project and scammed thousands of people's hard earned money.
