L’équipe de TMJ nous a toujours donné un excellent service depuis notre première rencontre afin de choisir nos options pour la maison. L’équipe de TMJ répondait à toutes nos questions, peu importe nos inquiétudes, spécialement en temps d’incertitude lié à la pandémie. L’équipe fut toujours professionnelle et elle est prête à venir réparer tous petits problèmes, même que nous en avions très peu et ils étaient vraiment mineurs. Would highly recommend this builder to anyone who is looking for a new build in Limoges. Our realtor connected us with their realtor who then connected us with Michel the office manager. Michel was exceptional. He was always quick to answer phone calls and emails. We had originally bought a middle townhome unit to close in February with our realtor but after meeting with Michel, we found out there was a corner unit available for November and decided to upgrade our lot. We were very impress because the decision was made to upgrade the lot and in July and we had already missed the opportunity to choose our cabinets etc. but he was able to arrange us a meeting with La vie en bois with such short notice and we were able to make our own selections. We had asked to see the unit while it was in production multiple times, meeting once with the owner Cedrick who was also very nice to work with and very transparent about the building process. They are also covered by Tarion warranty which is an amazing addition to a smaller builder.

I really appreciated their flexibility in letting us view the house during the building phase and Michel’s impeccable turnaround time for calls / emails. The quality of the home is fantastic and we’re already talking about our single family home with them!

Just bought our first home with TMJ construction! Throughout the process of the built, Michel, the office manager, was there to support us and was so amazing. He was always prompt to answer our emails and phone calls whenever we had questions or concerns. His help has made the experience of a new built very smooth and easy. They were able to move the possession date ahead by one week per our request. Even though there was a small hiccup, they were able to fix it in time, without pushing back our date. Since we did put a lot of upgrades in the house, they offered to include a few additional items and services free of charge (for example: free installation of all our light fixtures that we bought separately from a store). As with any new build, since moving in, we have found a few things that needed touch ups and the service team (Alain) is quick to respond to our inquiries and to come fix them. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first home. We are even considering to build our next future home with them.

I bought my first home with TMJ back in 2020. Obviously with COVID there were some delays but Cedric and Michel were very informative about the process and kept me up to date on everything. The price of the home was better than anything on the market and for a new build it was honestly a steal.

In addition to the price, TMJ offers so many great things as standard where as other builder would consider them upgrades, such as hardwood floors, quartz countertops throughout the home, custom cabinets to the ceiling and more. Picking my finishes and upgrades was such an easy and relaxed process.

TMJ really does have a lot to offer and there’s no pressuring you into getting things you don’t need or really want just so they get can make some extra money. They also went above and beyond with installing my doorbell camera, smart home thermostat and as well as my own light fixtures.

The final build quality of the home was great, obviously with new builds there are some minor issues here and there which TMJ corrected right away. I am about 4 months into the home and there is still some settling that is occurring and I have notice some other issues such as nail pops and a crack in my hardwood.

TMJ was quick to respond that they would address these issues and have always followed up with me when I have an issue rather than ignore me or give me the run around like other builders would do. Overall, I would say my experience with TMJ has been pretty good and I have recommended them to friends already. I have heard so many horror stories of other big builders and luckily I have not experienced anything like that with TMJ.
