Great rental experience. Moved from Ottawa a year ago, and worked with susan to get our rental unit.

We recently purchased a home, and they were extremely kind to let us end our lease early with no penalty to avoid overlap. Absolutely amazing service from everyone at Liovas homes.

Jim, George and Susan. A great team to work with. Building a house can be a complicated and frustrating task. Jim and George let me speak directly with each trade, and work with them, to build a beautiful home. I wouldn’t look to any other builder. A house is a big investment, check in regularly and you will get exactly what your looking for.

They are horrible. Susan IS GREEDY and collects free money by suing people unnecessary. They begged me to buy their property, however after seeing their rudeness and unprofessional behavior and quality I realized that they are local people who thinks they have permission to treat anyone bad. Everyone in the community told me they are bad and she try to cheat people all the time. And that came true, She really tried to show me math which she is not good at and I opposed and walked out from her. NEVER EVER GO TO LIOVAS HOME. THEY USE CHEAP MATERIALS AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMER BAD. CURRENTLY SHE IS LOOKING FOR FREE MONEY AS SHE IS SHORT OF IT.
