6 years later it all has to be replaced…. The install issues were brought to them years ago, but their warranty is worth nothing. It was never done properly and the quality of the install was very poor.

The wall around the tree doesn’t have a proper base and it heaved after the first winter.

The cuts on the walkway look like they were done by a child with a crayon. None of them are straight. Some stones in the curves just weren’t cut at all. The whole walkway has settled and I’ve had to redo several stones that have fallen off.

My builder grade walk had zero issues for over 16 years. I paid a premium for my walk from Hunter Home and Garden, and it has been awful

Edit: The tree has not grown enough to have an impact on the wall. There is no base underneath. It was installed directly on the topsoil.

We hired Hunter Home & Garden for landscaping at the front of our house and we are thrilled with the results. Allan came to our property and spent the time to listen to what we wanted and put together a design that worked for our needs. The customer service we received from Jan Hunter was extraordinary. She was very responsive to every email and phone call and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They have a great crew that worked through the 40 degree heat with no problems. They did a great job cleaning up and respecting the property. We made a last minute change that Allan and Jan accommodated for us and we are pleased with the results. We will definitely be hiring them again, for our backyard. Look no where else for your landscaping needs.

I thought I would write a fantastic review for Alan and Jan as I used google map to look them up for our front garden and deck. Overall Alan and Jan gave us fantastic customer service from start to finish and the work is fantastic. Bill their deck contractor did a fantastic job on our back deck and we were given an earlier date because someone had cancelled on him. When the job was done and we had asked about a chip on our parging in the front garden, Alan got his guys out to fix it for us. Top notch job, I would definitely call you guys back out again and will for our back yard.
