We had in mind a very specific reno project that involded many details and challenges, and I must say that the Welcome Home Construction team went above and beyond all our expectations. From the planning stage to permits, choice of materials, demolition and reconstruction, and all the way to finishing of the most minute details, the team was thorough, efficient, honest, and very professional. The workmanship was top quality, and the team went out of their way to fix unexpected issues that popped up along the way. In the end, not only did we have an amazing living and office space built for us, we also built a geniune and lasting relationship with Faizal, Riz, and their team, who were so easy and pleasant to work with!

I am very happy living in a home built by Welcome Home Construction. To begin with, their house were well design and built with good quality materials (I saw so many disappointing new house quality these days). What surprise me is the attention and exceptionally good before and after sale services they offer to customers. They really care if you are satisfied with all details, even if you are a perfectionist like me. They are happy to fulfill my requests. From checking the new home, to offering me not just once but twice house cleaning services, from arranging a key pick up, to checking if I still have any question or needs, they have been making sure that every step of my moving in is happy and smooth. They are very professional, and yet friendly and personal. That's the strength of a long established family business! A big thanks to Riz and his father Raz, also thank you Faizal! Welcome Home Construction is a fantastic builder! They build beautiful homes and are very hands-on in their communication and connection with buyers. Faizal and Riz are excellent to deal with and make their clients feel taken care of and valued. Would definitely recommend!
