We had Parsons Precast install a new at our home, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—solid, clean, and built to last. A great experience dealing with Parson’s Precast. Patrick recommended a co-ordinating railing to match our existing glass panel. He came out and measured and had great suggestions as to how to install the new railing. Quick turn around ( faster than promised). Zach and Brock did a nice job installing the product. It looks great and they left the site nice and clean. Thanks everyone for the great service.

We purchased aluminum railings. Overall the experience was good. Lots of choice the products are of good quality and the the installation was smooth . The only problem I have is the clean up of the installation. The vacuum that they used was broken therefore all the concrete dust was not cleaned up from the porch and railings. The result was everything was covered in concrete dust. During the install they nicked a few areas and needed to put some touch up paint but because of the dust missed some areas.When I called to pay I did mention and they were supposed to drop some over but so far no go. Would I recommend them yes over all they did a good job

Parsons did an excellent job on the iron railing for front steps of our new home. Jason provided the expertise we needed to decide between the various options, aluminum vs. iron, styles, color, and at a competitive price. Workmanship was excellent, very happy with the end result. Highly recommend Jason and Parsons for any railing work you need done.

Got a custom wrought iron railing from Parsons. I'm giving 2 stars because the product is actually quite nice. However, I'll never use them again because of their poor service. I put in an order in January 2022 with the understanding it would not be ready until April 2022, which is fine, we were prepared to wait. However, when they came to install, they insisted on full payment before they even started doing the work. I paid in full and then found out none of the pieces of railing were the right size as the estimator apparently did not measure correctly. So they had to be re-worked, took 2 additional weeks. Then got a call that something went wrong with the paint job and it would take additional time to get ready, no firm installation date given. It is now June 2022 and I have called several times, each time being told "oh hopefully in the next couple days". The people that I have talked to don't really seem to care. They have 100% payment and I have 0% of the product. Their iron railings are not cheap and we were willing to pay for the quality and supporting a local business, but their service has been atrocious. I really do not enjoy writing bad reviews especially of local businesses, but hopefully this will get someone's attention to rectify the situation.

Parsons did my railing on my front porch recently and did a fantastic job. The staff was very friendly and professional with the whole process. Their product recommendations catered to my needs, the quotes were priced very fairly, and their install team was careful not to damage anything during the installation phase. Other companies that I spoke to for railing quotes gave me a poor impression compared to Parsons. I'm glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them!

Ordered new railings for the front steps. Patrick came and measured and four weeks later Chris and Clarence came by and installed them. Everyone from start to finish were friendly, polite and professional and the railings look great. We highly recommend this company.

We called for step replacement and Bob Liddell came out. Very prompt and knowledgeable.
Product and price was good so we went ahead with the job. Even with all the backlogs these days it only took 2 months to happen. When workers showed up they were excellent and very knowledgeable and even had suggestions that was used. Once job was done as far as weather allowed we paid the bill. Due to cold weather Bob came back on a warmer day and finished up. I strongly recommend Parsons Precast service. The office was also very friendly and helpful too.
