When I decided to upgrade our main floor, including transforming our 20-year-old kitchen into an open-concept space, I felt overwhelmed. Realizing I needed professional help, I reached out to Reno Compass, who had renovated our master bathroom in 2023. Lydia from Reno Compass quickly responded and brought her design team for an on-site consultation to evaluate our space.

Marvin, a designer on their team, was instrumental in helping me plan the room layout and addressed all design-related questions. He later provided me with construction drawings and a detailed list of everything needed for the renovation.

They sent me three Pros, they were all professional and knowledgeable. I can compare theirs quotes and serives, it did help me a lot for making a better decision. We interviewed a few contractors and eventually chose Reno compass to update our bathroom. We were very happy with our decision. They were very professional with their service and took the time to come up with multiple draft designs before we started the project. The actual work itself was also very professional. They were on time and always available for communication in case plans changed.
