We're so happy with our new tub, tiles and shower door! Chris and the team did an excellent job, and provided us with lots of great recommendations along the way. I would highly recommend their work!

Would never use again. Careless and inconsiderate of my belongings. Left things damaged and not working properly and didn’t even tell me about it, and then didn’t take responsibility when I brought to their attention. I am left out of pocket to replace what they broke. Very disappointed.

My response to your reply of Dec 15: it appears you are misled as to what actually happened. No one ever came back to do any type of fix to the boards - I’m not sure where you got that info from. There is a gouge out of a stair, another piece of wood missing from the same stair - so I will need to replace that stair. A section of wood on a board that was beside a board that was replaced was split. I’ve nailed it down but will need to assess in the spring to see if the split gets worse. My dishwasher hose was replaced and my dishwasher was left so that when I opened the door, the entire dishwasher was falling out, along with the drawers. I managed to fix that myself but when I brought to Chris’ attention he said he knew they left it that way, cause they were unable to balance it the way it was. So instead of telling me that, they just left it like that and with me with having to fix the issue myself. Worst of all was they broke the starter knob off my dryer while moving my dryer to replace the venting. And didn’t tell me. So have now had to purchase a new dryer. Chris denied his workers did this, but that is wrong. I had a dryer that worked before they got there, and it was broken after they left. Things should not be left in a damaged/worse state when you are there to fix something. I hope these are enough details for you and that you no longer find my review vague. Again, very disappointing.

Good work with good timing, they had a small team come install a double sliding door including wall take down as it used to be an old window plus cleaned up the deck. Door is still holding very strong, no leaks, very clean, and perfect fit!
