Our water heater burst and flooded the basement including our tenant’s apartment. I called Soni at ONT Restoration and he and the team couldn’t have been more professional, impeccable and quite frankly supportive as we dealt with this unfortunate circumstance. The job they did ensured we had all the water removed with no mould and much less damage than what could have occurred. I highly recommend ONT Restoration. Thank you!

I’ve had a severe back-up at my office last month. It’s about. 4000 sq.ft office area and a warehouse. When I came int he morning and saw sewage all over the floor I was shocked, least to say. All my contents, material, papers, furniture-literally everything was floating. I’ve decided to call restoration company in my area. I’m so lucky my first choice was ONT Restoration. I called their emergency line, after 20 minutes emergency restoration crew, supervisor, trucks, equipment were at my property. I was panicking. I can’t thank Soni (supervisor) enough for his help. HE was available 24/7 for me. ONT Took care of everything, including whole headache with insurance company. Soni was explaining each and every step, gave me valuable advices and I felt comfortable using their services. Whole crew is super polite and friendly, they were working day and night. Anyways, long story short, They’ve restored my office, put back to original condition. But what shocked ,me the most is that they’ve restored even my documents and important papers!!! I couldn’t believe.

I had exterior fire damage to brick work that affected the roof, fire fighters extinguished with water that ended up affecting the whole house. Ont-Restoration were on site within 2 hours to assist us in getting our belongs out to storage as well moving furniture to a rental home. We have Ont-Restoration carry out the interior fit-up as well install a new roof. I have now recommended this company to other friends and business. I stand by this company 100% as they work as a team till all work is done and you are satisfied.

Our tenant encountered an issue where some sewage waste came into the basement. Soni and Team were hyper-responsive, reasonably priced and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He also provided additional advice and diagnosed another potential problem while there. Excellent work, thanks for your help Soni and would recommend!
