Management is terrible. Woman in office is very rude and her husband has made inappropriate remarks to/about women. The parking lots are in bad condition. The pipes always clog and flood units (see photo). Maintenance seems to be very lazy as well. There are lots of cockroaches all throughout the buildings, I see them on the walls in the hallway and INSIDE the washing machines (see photos). My mother in law died and the woman in the office told me to throw all her stuff in the garbage, absolutely disgusting human being. Do not rent here!

Lived for a year. Water always started off yellow from the taps, the building is hopelessly infested with roaches, there are a number of terrible tenants notably the one with a dog that sometimes howls until 2am, the fire alarm randomly makes noise, and on top of not making any effort to solve these issues they won't do anything about urgent maintenance issues such as plumbing. Because of the roaches I lost 80% of my belongings. It's a disgusting place that nobody should live

cockroach galore! $790 for a cockroach infested hole! - 155 Connaught - Lots of Trap people live in this area, police/fights/drug deals on and off you get what you pay for but seriously, the city/rental agency needs to clean this area up and kick out all the handout people and keep the people who actually work for their rent and food.

even skeezy motels are cleaner than these places.

Awful. Don't waste your time. Tons of cockroaches and bed bugs. Failed to tell me that the last person who lived in my apartment also left because of this reason.. found out for a neighbour. Had to move out in the middle of the school year with nowhere to go. Lost a ton of my stuff. Landlords literally laughed in my face.. stay away!

Not sure why these reviews are so low. Lived at 175 for a year and had a great experience, unit was updated & bright. Front desk was always friendly and it was extremely affordable as a college student, close to bus 20 & a Circle K/Macs convenience store.

Parking lot is pitiful, with a poor layout and large potholes. Quite often have to dodge around children playing in amongst the cars without supervision. Buildings are poorly maintained and appear to be rarely cleaned or fixed.

bad cockroach problems, London Cambridge and Development ltd will do nothing about it, don't risk it. Move somewhere else.
