I have been incredibly fortunate in meeting Phil Bailey.
For the last 2.5 years I have been eyeing the property market and investigating the options available to myself.
Things took a change for the better however when nearly a year ago I talked to Phil through house Sigma about a property I was curious about.
He was forthright, honest and clear about the property in question, which at the time was being misrepresented as being advertised as being far cheaper than the sellers actually wanted.
Since that time, Phil has never stopped being attentive, understanding, considerate and aware of my criteria and needs.
Phil showed a willingness to share his insight and knowledge. Whilst also the wisdom to acknowledge and defer to others where he did not have experience.
I found Phil to be an excellent sounding board, aware of the market and knowledgable in setting contracts which quite simply I would have found moderately terrifying if I didn't have someone I trust having a hand in its creation.

There is a lot that goes into buying a home.
Phil made the process something manageable, dare I say even enjoyable.
He put me on contact with other professionals I needed (mortgage broker, home inspector) and has shown a consistency of character and respect throughout.

If I buy a home again, I will be in contact with Phil. For those looking for a trustworthy and respectful real estate agent (well, that seems like an oxymoron but here we are).
I can honestly say without a doubt to give Phil a chance.
