Harassing Tenenants at 1059 Wetherfield st London On. Making Canadians take down Small Canadian Flag that is in the garden on our own property, meanwhile other people have signs in there garden regarding alarm systems Gnomes etc.... Sad someone has to complain about a Canadian flag -
Notices in everyones mailbox Telling families their kids can't play in the complex. Same board member I can Guarentee.
Harassing people about the no parking then is caught in the visitor parking, nothing done to him as he is a board member. Board and Property management Micro managing the way you live. Update :: 02/24 left the green bin on my front porch received a letter stating remove or further action will be taken. There are 4 other green bins sitting on front porches, a set of blue jeans sitting on front porches for 1 month(my neighbour lol) and no letters sent to those homes. Otto the board member harassing me and my family again. 02/24

edit 03/25 - Recieved an email stating I cannot have my garage door open its against condo rules, drive around the complex and multiple Homes have Gargae doors open, they recieved 0 emails about Garage doors being open.

edit 04/25 : We are the only unit to recieve and email regarding overnight Parking, many cars park overnight here, ask all neighbours and noone recieved a letter, They disguised the letter as general but only sent to us. Another clear example of me & my family being watched targeted.

Car parked in front of our home all day and overnight, attached is a uhaul trailer that is impeding multiple visitors parking, Car n trailer parked in front of our homes impeding us from backing out of our driveways. Where is the response to this? O tickets or notices on car, the board member loves to leave notices only on my cars. Another clear example the condo rules are only ment for me to follow or the person reporting these feels the need to only report my unit.

Based on the reviews I am not the only one who thinks this. Lastly The board member who has nothing better to do with his time, Get a life !
Overall Terrible experience dealing with this Property Management Company and you can tell the type of people they are by the responces on negetive reviews.

I would give zero if I could. Tatiana Fernandez seems to struggle with communicating. I had people coming into my house and she gave me the wrong day. My son took the day off work to be available and lost an entire days wages. No apology. The next time people were coming in she gave me the wrong time. No apology.
My neighbours brought cockroaches and instead of spraying our entire block of three units she decided only two needed to be done. All the units have them. I have pest control come in and say there's no sign of them but here we are. The one unit didn't get done because the tenant lied. The tenant told me she had babies but it was tooooo much work to spray. Pest Control went in and inspected that unit and said they see no sign of cockroaches. Funny my reports say the exact same thing. No signs of anything but I have them. They're gross and I want them gone. Same thing just one person being honest and the other not.
I called multiple pest control companies and everyone of them said all three should definitely sprayed. Even our in house pest guy told me the exact same thing. Yet Tatiana decided to only do two units and leave one unsprayed.
I should add both neighbours for religious reasons can not kill the bugs. The one unit had them when they moved in last September.
To most of you I'm sure this sounds absurd.
I'm an owner too. These are tenants not following our by laws.

I will say Raj was amazing. He only stayed less then a year. Would love him back.

Tatiana is the third property manager this year. We had Raj, then Michael all within January to May.

I have lived here for twenty years. We have likely had about forty property managers in that time.

Several years ago I had black mold in my bedroom. They told me I had to many clothes in my closet. Then they cut a hole in my wall and found the mold. My entire front wall had to be torn right down to the studs. I had people in checking the air quality and I was advised to shut my door and pretend that room doesn't exist. For three years I slept in my living room. My dog that slept on the floor beside me was having seizures from the mold. Three years of living like that. I needed a new roof and siding at that time too.

My back yard started flooding because there's a hill behind me. The one neighbour had flooding too. So they pumped up the concrete slab next door. Where did the water go? My yard. It took over ten years to get this job done.

They've sent contractors to build me back stairs a few years ago. They weren't up to code.

We've been waiting all summer to have very large bushes trimmed at the side of the one unit. Can't barely get through. Would hate for there to be a fire.

I'm sure this will get blamed on our board too. Most of the time they are in the dark. I reached out this time and they had no clue.

So this isn't a complete dump on Larlyn. Raj was awesome!!! Gina was nice on the phone too.

I would love to have a chit chat with Larry Holmes.

Horrible management that steals landlords money. There are countless financial losses this company has caused and without proof they charged my account. They also documented my original rent amount for several hundred dollars less on top of it all. Gordon was unresponsive for several months when I asked where the funds go and one time he told me there's a "discount" they give to my renter, what a joke.
Gordon and Darlene aren't even competent enough read what emails say, and don't even get me started on Tatiana. They owe me money and Darlene repeatedly refused to comprehend what is going on, as this has gone on for months I have decided to take legal action for the theft. I agree with every single thing "Mel" in the comments said as well. I made sure the previous company got fired and you are next, we hired you and in the same way, we will fire you.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Unresponsive staff, tacked on mystery fees and unacceptable levels of disorganization. The turnover is so bad that you're never sure who your main contqct is, and there was a scare when my tenant paid rent but still got a notice from them that their rent was overdue... You have to be pretty bad for both the landlord AND the tenant to think you're doing a bad job.

Response to you response:
I do appreciate that the fees cover any issues management might have with my tenant, however with the pro-rata arrangement we have (where the tenant pays a certain amount, but I receive a lot less), I've asked for more transparency on that and haven't gotten it.

Also, the assigned managers can't be that dedicated. I've been emailing Gordan since the end of February, and he has never once responded to a single message. And with the documents I asked Nyasha for, she stonewalled me for weeks. I only got the documents I requested because I called accounting directly to request it myself.

I could also write about the incidents I've had with Tatiana, but that would be a couple more paragraphs...

Full of trash everywhere for months. Larlyn doesn't even care to answer the homeowners. It's surprising this company is still in business. This place deserves a 0 stars.
