My wife and I were first time home buyers and Multi-Area Developments made the whole process an excellent experience. Everything was transparent and there were no surprises. The build quality of the house is superb. Among my group of friends that all purchased new builds from different developers, Multi-Area Developments had the best finish and build quality.

Angela and Steve took care of any issue there was with the house no matter how small. If I reached out to them today, I would hear back from them the same day and the issue will be resolved within the week. No one I know has had this type of service with their new build. The customer service and the build quality of the house makes it easy for me to recommend purchasing a house from Multi-Area Developments.

I called Multi-Area development a few weeks ago to talk about a defective window panel I had in my home. The home is almost 2 years old and wasn’t cover with warranty under there umbrella. After explaining my situation of being the second home buyer and not realizing the defective till the warmer weather I had the pleasure of taking to Angela again recently who was able to have our panel covered through warranty due to our situation.

Any warranty issues that have come up they are happy to work with us to resolve and are attentive and easy to deal with. I was a bit naive to how a new home build worked on the first go-round and they were patient in explaining and communicating the steps and process to us. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Debby, Angie, and the CEO, Dave, who provided great customer service. When it comes to the build quality of the home, it stands up well when compared to other reputable builders my friends have purchased from. Like any new home, there were a few minor issues initially, but they were promptly resolved. The home's functional design and well-thought-out architectural layout are commendable. However, the overall design feels somewhat outdated, especially in terms of elevation and lacks a few modern elements that could be incorporated to enhance its appeal.
