I highly recommend the engineering services of Frank Taheri and his team at 6ix Design Inc. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time explore several options for our project. Frank and Sam completed our drawings, submitted them to the city and dealt with any questions or changes from the city. Frank was quick to assist with any issues that came up during the building process which required a quick response in order to keep our project moving. Overall this was a great experience and not only do I highly recommend Frank and the 6ix Design Inc services, I will look to hire Frank again in the future.

I highly recommend the structural engineering services of Frank Taheri of 6ix Design Inc. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to explain things in detail and in a way that a non professional could understand. He also went above and beyond in answering final questions from the city, he even drafted an excavation consent letter for us to use, so that we could secure our building permit. A great experience overall and not only do I highly recommend Frank's services, I will look to hire Frank again on future projects.

We have been in the renovation business for over 10 years and over that time have had 6ix Design Engineering do a number of design projects for us, varying from the complex - a full set of engineering and HVAC plans for a three story addition - to the relatively simple - finishing an additional room in a basement. They helped us from the design stage through to obtaining the appropriate building permits and right through to signing off on the completed project for the town inspectors. We were always pleased with the service and capability of the team, and they were our go-to firm for anything engineering. Highly recommended.
