We hired Impressions Group on a project where we were responsible for the landscaping and they installed the pool. I worked with Liam on the design and he was knowledgeable of the bylaws for the pool permit we required. The installation process was smooth and professional. We had Impressions Group come out to install a solar blanket and roller system on our above ground oval pool and they did an amazing job. Declan (sorry if I spelled his name wrong!) and his assistant were top notch. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient during the install. They also fixed a small leak we had with our sight glass on our sand filter. They are very fairly priced as well. I plan on hiring Impressions Group for all of our pool needs going forward. Thanks for a great experience.

We ordered a swim spa from Impressions and absolutely love our Spa. This was a huge project and took a few months but the team at Impressions where professional and completed the project as per our agreement.
We love the stamped concrete look and design. We shopped around and Impressions was by far the best value and a one stop shop for the entire project. The spa and landscaping will be enjoyed for many years to come.

More than just pools!

Impressions was recommended to me when I was looking to pour a slab for a project. Their rates were very competitive, scheduling was accommodating, and better yet, I didn't have to lift a shovel!

They showed up on time, and we're very friendly. My kids even got a lesson in stamped concrete from the owner using some of the extra material!

When done, the job site was left clean, and I had the strong foundation needed to build a sugar shack!

We are thrilled to share our outstanding experience with Impressions Group Ottawa. They installed a fibreglass pool and large stamped concrete patio surround for us. For example we had unexpected rain on the day of the concrete pour which could have been a disaster. Impressions Group Ottawa took our amazing, yet blank slate, of a backyard and turned it into our very own resort. Liam was our primary point of contact and was there for us throughout the project. We chose a 12’ x 24’ fiberglass pool and about 800 sq ft of stamped concrete patio for sitting, lounging and eating. As part of the project our yard become more level and Impressions Group Ottawa finished the project with sod. Working with a company that took care of all the details for us made us more confident while also reducing the stress. The crews were extremely skilled and worked harder than I knew possible. Our family and friends can hardly believe the transformation!
