Incredible work by Keith & his awesome team. They were so professional, worked so quickly and did a phenomenal job. All this was done in 2 days! With lighting. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. We had done such a nice pool project the year before and this year, finally we can show off the backyard with the stunning landscaping that was done by Keith & his team. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and you’re getting an efficient team with knowledge of how to design an outdoor space. Keith was mindful of the views to showcase & the things to try to hide a bit for more privacy. He chose a variety of plants, and I can’t wait to watch them grow over the years!!! "I am absolutely thrilled with the landscaping work done by Keith, Matt, and the entire Newfoundlandscape team. They transformed our backyard into an oasis. They implemented our landscape design and layout with attention to every detail. The planning of this project was not obvious as Keith and team helped managed the project around multiple contractors - natural gas, electrical, fireplace installation, motorized screens, and the railing. They developed a lighting plan. They even accommodated integrating our custom cedar soffits! The execution was flawless and the attention to every detail was appreciated. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property.

We had to orchestrate the project so that we could make use of the backyard during a recovery period from a health issue. We will forever be appreciative of Keith, Matt, and team for respecting our constraints and accommodating our schedule to ensure that we can make use of the backyard throughout the different phases of the project. I don’t know where to begin, we are so impressed with Newfoundlandscape Design & Construction. We had Keith Sears do our front stonework years ago, and there was no doubt that we would call them again. This year they put new sod in the front and back, stone pathway leading to the backyard, a raised garden planter wall, pathways with flagstone and Riverstone as well as a curb around the garden area. This was a job I was expecting to take a week or even two, but it took them 4 days. The crew showed up early every morning and worked so hard. Their attention to detail and patience with all our questions was appreciated. We even got an email from one of our neighbours who was impacted by the work in between the two homes, telling us how impressed they were with the work being done and how respectful the team was, not only of their property but of them. I am so grateful for all the work they did and how careful they were to clean up every evening before going home. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith and his team for any of your home projects, they were amazing.

Review Newfoundlandscape Design and Build

We would like to thank Keith, Matt and the entire Newfoundlandscape team for the amazing front landscaping project they recently completed on our home. From their first day on the job, we realized the many additional measures they undertake to ensure that the job is not only visually appealing but also structurally sound. This was critical as our existing driveway retaining wall and front entrance walkway suffered premature structural failure due to an improper substructure without adequate geotextile reinforcement. We had no such concerns with this project. We must also commend Keith for making himself available ‘off hours’ to discuss any issues or changes we wanted to make to the original landscape architect’s plan. The communication and explanations were always excellent. The entire construction team was friendly and professional throughout the project which was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to our daily schedule and entirely on budget. My natural inclination is always to micromanage projects but, with their attention to detail, I was actually able to step back knowing that we were in good hands. Our only regret was that we didn’t complete this project years earlier. We cannot more highly recommend this landscaping company.
