We happen to meet Azza last year as we were looking for a waterfront property....we were a bit late and she almost waited patiently for almost an hour to meet us and show the property even though we never met her.

She helped us go through the property and pointed out all the little things that a buyer will not even look and that will end up in costing the buyer in the long run. She is not concerned about making quick commission here, she wants to make sure the buyer likes the property and knows all potential drawbacks before even making an offer.

Extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable and cares for the buyers interest...is what we found in her. We fell in love with the place right away and Azza with her immense real estate skills was able to knockoff a significant reduction on the property even in this sellers market.

We have dealt with so many agents in the past, but found Azza very helpful, patient and cares for the buyers needs and requirements rather than making quick commission and close the deal.
