I recently moved to 67 Church st, from I contacted the company for any vacancies they were pleasant. I spoke with Jeremy one of the lease agent and he help my son and I through the whole process. He replied to every message with answers and reassurance. The unit is lovely! The community is quiet, peaceful and the residents that I’ve met so far are so welcoming.

When I moved into 67 Church Street in 2017, the service and management was excellent. In 2021 there was a water leak that came down to my apartment. It created mold. The top Management refused to acknowledge there was mold in my unit even though I had lots of evidence. I had to move ASAP because my health was deteriorating as a result of the mold, coupled with the stress of management ignoring my situation. I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone.

Tricia, She is PHENOMENAL. I have never dealt with such an honest outgoing person with wonderful things to say and such encouragement in all my rental days. I felt so welcomed and greeted with such care. I would recommend her to anyone for any CLV GROUP apartments. She was routing for me the entire way along and I could not have asked for a better associate. If I could give 6 stars. I WOULD! FABULOUS JOB CLV GROUP! SHES A KEEPER.

Just a quick note to let anyone know that if you are looking for a clean,pet friendly apartment with onsite superintendent in Ajax,this is the place. Abit pricey but very well kept.
My daughter and I have just recently moved in. Our apartment was spotless to move into. The superintendent as well as the other tenants were very accommidating, friendly and helpful.
There was a few things like door plate,electrical outlets and screens that needed to be fixed and the superintendent has looked after it in a very timely manner.
I love the fact that the building is pet friendly and for the most part tenants pick up after their own pets.
The only issue is paid parking. I don't agree we should pay to park were we live. Only to come home at night to find another tenant parked in both our spots overnight and we need to park across the street.

Suggestions for the building:

WiFi
Poop and scoop disposal bucket
Pet friendly salt at the front entrance

**the snow removal company should also be spoken to as they drive like maniacs in the parking lot and as far as were they put the snow,well they blocked both of our parking spots with plowed snow piles that my son(who plows for another company) had to come and clear both our spots as well as other tenants while he was visiting)

High five to the superintendent who cares so much about were we all live! Keep up the hard work. It pays off and shows by how happy all the tenants are.

I have lived at 67 Church for 2 1/2 years, after looking at rental after rental I came across this building. It is an older building but with older buildings you get spacious living. The hardest part of looking for a rental is finding "Pet Friendly", my fur babies are very happy here :). The location is fantastic, Pickering village is right at your door, which offers lots of choices for restaurants and some shopping. Schools and the main bus line for Ajax / Pickering is less than a 5min walk away. The management group is good and I have had no problems getting things done when required which hasn't been very often. I am a happy resident and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Hope you find this review helpful.

Tatiana she cleans everyday and Saturday and Sunday and clean the garbage the elevators and the Landry she cleans everyday and she's very clean and responsible she picks up the garbage from the parking . She will be cleaning and when she's done people will dirty it again and it's only the new people that the company is bringing they dirty the elevators and the garbage and the hallways. But over all tatiana is very clean she know and she very nice and respectful person

The superintendents in this apartment building are fantastic. I have nothing but praise for them and they are extremely hard working. If we have had any issues they have taken care of them immediately.

They are definately superintendents that we do not want to lose.

There are things in the apartments that could be updated to benefit the tenants as well as CLV Group.
