We first worked with Masterplan during the design of our custom build home in 2020. We returned to work with Masterplan again recently to design our pool house. John was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the design process. Most importantly, John was extremely responsive, and the end result really delivered on our vision. John was very easy to work with. He's very hard working, responsive and professional. I first approached him with very ambitious timelines which he met. He was also very accommodating when I provided feedback and even agreed to make a minor change that I requested at the very end after the construction drawings had been finalized. As a homebuilder for many years, I've come to realize that good home designers and draftsmen like John are hard to find. I will definitely be using his services again in the near future.

Designing your first custom build is never an easy process. John definitely made it that, from the first time we met till the time we submitted for permits John's been absolutely amazing resource helping us through the whole process. He provided feedback and guidance well-respecting what we wanted to achieve. We can't thank him enough and we'll definitely post photos of our new house once it's ready. Thank you again!

We worked with John at Masterplan Design on the design of our forever home in 2021. John was great to work with and reasonably priced.
