Nazar is the best agent we had never met. He is also the best person that we met. He is very professional, very honest and human. If you want to sell or buy a home, you should deal with him, you will never find better than him and he will really help you. He helped me and my family to get the house, he was alway available et it was really really a very good experience with him. Nazar is the person when he buy a house for you is like buying a house for himself, he gave himself the mission to help people not just to work and get commission. We are fortunate to know Nazar and we consider him now as family's member. Nazar is a person that you should have in your list contact even you don't buy or sell a house. D'ailleurs, on est vraiment chanceux de l'avoir connu et surtout il nous a vraiment aidé à acquérir notre toute première maison ici en Ontario. Il nous a même aidé à investir notre argent en achetant une autre propriété ( condo). Nous avons eu une formidable expérience avec lui. Il est très professionnel , surtout honnête et quand il vous aide à acheter une propriété c'est comme s'il l'achète pour lui même. Il est human et humble et rempli de valeurs. Je vous le recommande fortement et vous n'allez jamais trouver un courtier comme lui. Je lui donne toutes les étoile du ciel. Merci Nazar pour tout ce que tu as fait pour notre famille.

This is by far the worst agent I have ever dealt with. From day one, everything was handled in a dishonest and unprofessional way.
• The house was dirty and not ready when I moved in, despite his promises.
• Major issues like a broken front door, broken washing machine, and other maintenance problems were ignored. His only answer was: “do it yourself.” Imagine paying rent and being told that!
• He charged me $350 extra just because I moved in a few days earlier — even asked for cash first — then told me to e-transfer it to his personal email. This felt like nothing more than him pocketing extra money.
• He refused to properly share the landlord’s contact information, even though it’s part of the contract.

I have managed many properties myself, and I would never treat tenants the way he does. He cares only about money, not about professionalism, tenants, or even landlords’ reputations.

I was planning to recommend him to friends and even considered working with him for a purchase, but after this experience, I have warned everyone I know never to deal with him.
