I sincerely hope you never have to deal with this company. They worked on my building for over a year and half and here are some of the highlights.
-Worker fell through my son’s bedroom ceiling
-Massive roof leak because why put a tarp up during a rainstorm when you’re repairing the roof
-Stole a towel from my bathroom
-No blinds on the windows for over a year.
But when the scaffolding came down they put up privacy blinds (which was pointless)
-My front door was left unlocked multiple times
-windows and upstairs balcony door left open multiple times
-Numerous items left in my unit including tool kits, radio, ruler, garbage, wood, peanuts on the floor

Glad it’s over. Do better than Heatherbrae.

Don't hire these guys, they subcontract out all the work and when something goes wrong, like our leaky roof, they refuse to help at all!

Heatherbrae is one of the best construction companies in BC, especially for projects that require special knowledge, and abilities. They are extremely well run and get the job done on time and budget.

Absolute garbage! Lazy, overcharge, NEVER will I recommend them! I can't express enough how horrible these guys are. I am being polite and refraining myself from swearing

The worst possible experience... they did the rain screen on my apartment building... caused a lot of property damage and refused to pay for it..
