I chose Davis New Homes to build my most recent house and am thrilled that I did! They care a great deal about what they do, from ensuring consistent and clear communication, working with you to fit your budget and aesthetic preferences, and making recommendations based on their experience. The workmanship on the house really surpassed my expectations; their "base materials" (such as countertops, flooring, and cabinetry) are higher-quality than most new build upgrades, so you don't end up spending an arm and a leg to get a beautiful home. I highly recommend working with them.

From start to finish the exceptionalism from Davis New Homes was a delight. The attention to detail, customer service, and quality of our home was truly outstanding and they over exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

This team was on time/schedule from the beginning, being very diligent in how they manage projects and the process as they have NEVER missed a close date for a client. Not only was Davis New Homes on time but they were also methodical in making sure every detail was perfect and we were happy.

Since Davis New Homes is a family business, you are always dealing with an owner of the company through the process with a vested interest in client success. The quote process was fluid with Alex being a tremendous customer service manager, building a sketch and developing pricing ahead of time so everyone was happy before a contract was signed. Davis New Homes standard finishes truly make for a stand out home, unique and not cookie cutter (High Vaulted ceilings, big windows, nice mouldings, unique design, plus more)

While meeting with the owners on site before a contract was signed we were assured there would not be any change to the price in the contract due to inflation, etc. I could tell from that conversation that this was the truth as he was humble and has a love for working with customers. And as promised there was no change with the pricing.

Being turn key means headache free. They handled permits, wells, septic, and every single detail for us so we could relax and focus on life and doing the fun things like picking finishes for our homes You do not need to micro manage this team, just trust and let them handle everything as it is their true passion and it helps your build go smoothly.

Toured the Woodland Heights model - well thought out, highly functional design with beautiful style and finishes. The vaulted ceiling and back wall of windows leading to the patio living area has big time wow factor! Enjoyed meeting with Ben and Dave. They are knowledgeable, attentive and solid individuals. I am ecstatic with the quality/outcome of my new home! I feel incredibly fortunate to have found and worked with the Davis’. People say building a home can be stressful but my experience proved to be the opposite. It was enjoyable and I attribute that to the Davis Team.
