Service tech MASH, who arrived for our scheduled maintenance today, was a pleasure, and very knowledgeable! His work was thorough and efficient. Christian and Owen M. came here yesterday and today to replace furnace and install heating pump (I had an AC that wasn’t working). They were really great and nice guys. Christian took the time to explain to me thoroughly when I had so many questions racing in my mind! His explanations and instructions were very simple and he made sure I understood clearly. In fact they were going to do the furnace first but when they discovered I didn’t have the AC for nearly 4 weeks, they decided to do the heating pump first so I would feel comfortable. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness! Again, thanks so much for the great services!

Chris and Matt did a great job installing a new hot water tank. Matt called 8:00am to confirm my address 30 mins before they arrived, and they worked efficiently to methodically together completing the job within an hour. The install workmanship is professional. Job well done lads.

There was an issue with our water heater this morning and a technician was at our place by 2pm to fix it. The appointment was super easy to book online and we are very pleased with the quick turnaround time. Justin Hillier was personable, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our water heater is all fixed and working great now thanks to him. Thank you, Justin!!

Called today because my A/C unit was not working. Chris from D&K came out and fixed the problem quickly. He was quick, courteous, smart and clearly well trained. It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him. Thank you!

The AC was fixed and that was fine. I did not appreciate wanting a quote but having work done without our permission. Also, the technician disconnected and turned off our furnace (when we didn’t call for a furnace issue). He then said our furnace was not safe to run.

We later had another technician come by from another company to double check the work from Enercare and to see if our furnace was in good working order with no C02 leaking, and they deemed our furnace was fine, safe and in good working order. No CO2 leakage.

Enercare, please have some morals and basic principles to live by so that you don’t lie about problems that do not exist and then try to sell us products. Sure there’s rust but no major issues to warrant a brand new product immediately.

We won’t be calling you for service in the foreseeable future.

Had a servicing call with really nice and professional tech named Gerald today. It was time to do service our hot water tankless heater here in the Bloomfield area of The County. Gerald showed up on time, had a professional demeanour but was also very friendly, explaining the maintenance and the condition of our heater (very good). Excellent experience!
