Being longtime clients of Alarm Systems, it was time for a major upgrade!
After discussing our needs and wants and a few revamps to the original contract, they set up an install date which due to very unfortunate circumstances we had to cancel the day the techs showed up.
They were very understanding and we set up another date.
There were a few minor hiccups but things were resolved in a timely manner.
Rally and his team are awesome, going above and beyond.
He/They really took time explaining how things work within the app and in the home.

Its good to have peace of mind and keep it Local.

Great experience dealing with Alarm Systems over the years I have been with them. Very helpful on helping with the upgrade details to replace my old panel. I can add a flood detector in the laundry room as everything is now wireless.

I live with my elderly parents ( 88 and 86 ) and need the monitoring system for security and safety purposes, especially since I work outside the home 5 days a week. Both my parents are actively using their phones to view activities on our security cameras.
Sadly, my father's phone had to be replaced and I was having difficulty downloading the app
Thankfully, Andi S. From their Belleville location, patiently took the time to walk my father through the steps necessary to get him up and running. She did this in person too!

Our home security system was recently upgraded by Alarm Systems to QolSys 4. The installation Technician was very thorough and setup the system well (with one minor programming error that an online Tech fixed in a few minutes over the phone the next day). The system has performed perfectly for more than a month now.
